Aditi Namdeo is a Business Intelligence Engineer at Amazon’s Worldwide Engineering and Innovation organization, where she architects and deploys AI-driven, automated data ecosystems at enterprise scale. Her work spans cloud-native analytics, advanced ETL orchestration, predictive modeling, NLP applications, and ML-powered decision automation, driving operational intelligence across global workflows.

At Amazon, she engineers end-to-end data pipelines and predictive analytics frameworks for 258+ KPIs, integrating AWS Redshift, S3, SageMaker, QuickSight, and Python-based ML orchestration frameworks. She has implemented regression, classification, and NLP models on datasets exceeding millions of rows, achieving 94% predictive accuracy and enabling real-time, adaptive decision support. Her pipeline innovations leverage modular ETL architectures, automated data validation, and event-driven triggers, accelerating site selection metrics by 64% and reclaiming 2,800+ hours annually through system-level automation.

Previously, at Wave Life Sciences, she built cGMP-compliant Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX scripting, integrated with automated data ingestion and validation pipelines for manufacturing tech transfer optimization. At Reliance Communications, she developed high-performance ETL and data orchestration frameworks, reducing data prep times by 60–67%, improving integrity across 16k+ operational records, and enabling predictive operational intelligence. At CloudData Technology LLC, she implemented scalable, modular ETL architectures capable of automated schema adaptation, batch/stream processing, and ML pipeline integration.

A Fellow of the Institute of Analytics (IoA) and a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE), Aditi combines engineering rigor, AI/ML innovation, and systems-level thinking. She specializes in end-to-end automated intelligence platforms, predictive ML deployment, NLP pipelines, cloud-scale ETL orchestration, and self-service BI dashboards, delivering measurable impact across e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, and telecommunications domains. At the intersection of AI, automation, and intelligent systems, Aditi builds adaptive, self-optimizing data architectures that combine predictive analytics, machine learning, and automated pipelines to enable fully integrated, real-time decision-making. Her work leverages modular ETL orchestration, event-driven AI models, and cloud-scale analytics to create systems that continuously learn, adapt, and scale, defining the next generation of enterprise intelligence.
