Aditya Gupta is a software engineering leader and independent researcher working at the intersection of analytics, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence. Over the past decade, he has published peer-reviewed research, contributed patented work, and led the design and launch of large-scale production systems used in highly distributed environments.His professional work spans both industry and research, with a focus on building and evaluating systems that operate at cloud scale. He has played key roles in developing and operating critical observability, reliability, and analytics platforms for some of the world’s largest cloud ecosystems, where data-driven insights are central to operational excellence and system resilience. Alongside his industry contributions, he has authored scholarly publications and book chapters with major technical publishers, bridging applied machine learning, analytics, and distributed systems. His research interests include applied machine learning, AI-assisted diagnostics, distributed tracing, and analytics-driven system design. As a Fellow of the Institute of Analytics, he is committed to advancing the responsible application of analytics and AI in real-world systems and to contributing to the professional community through research, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
