Arunkumar Dorairaj is a senior Business Systems Analyst and Sales Performance Management specialist with nearly two decades of experience delivering data-driven compensation, analytics, and sales operations platforms for large, global enterprises. He currently serves as a Business Systems Analyst within the Plan to Pay product area at Google Cloud, where he leads the design and execution of scalable analytics-enabled systems that translate executive go-to-market strategy into accurate, auditable, and performance-driven sales compensation outcomes.

In his role at Google Cloud, Mr. Dorairaj oversees the end-to-end sales compensation lifecycle for a global population exceeding 9,000 sales professionals. His responsibilities span quota modeling, attainment analytics, incentive calculations, financial accruals, and SOX-compliant reporting. He plays a central role in enabling data-driven decision-making by defining system requirements, developing analytical frameworks, and delivering self-service reporting and AI-backed insights that improve transparency, operational efficiency, and sales performance optimization. His sustained impact has been recognized through multiple Spot Bonuses and peer awards for excellence in execution, cross-functional partnership, and analytical rigor.

Previously, Mr. Dorairaj served as an Architect and Senior Consultant with Tata Consultancy Services, Cognizant, and Infosys, where he led complex global implementations of SAP Commissions and CallidusCloud platforms across insurance, telecommunications, and financial services industries. He architected unified data models, multi-currency compensation engines, and analytics frameworks that replaced fragmented legacy systems, established single sources of truth, and significantly reduced processing time and error rates. His work frequently involved large-scale data migration, performance measurement, compliance controls, and executive reporting across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Mr. Dorairaj holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering and maintains multiple SAP Callidus certifications. His current professional focus centers on advancing analytics-driven sales operations, scalable compensation intelligence, and enterprise systems that support strategic growth, financial integrity, and measurable business outcomes.
