Avaneendra Kanaparti brings 15 years of professional experience specializing in Advanced Computing, AI/Machine Learning, and Data Analytics with a focus on Fintech, Credit Strategy, and Advanced Modeling. Currently serving as Director of Product & Data Analytics at American Express, he has progressed through analytical and leadership roles at Discover Financial Services, Capital One, HSBC, and MuSigma. His work has focused on developing credit risk strategies, customer segmentation frameworks, and predictive models for financial services products.

Industry Honors and Technical Expertise
He holds multiple professional recognitions directly aligned with his analytics and technology leadership. He is an IEEE Senior Member, a Fellow Member of the International Society for Computer Science and Information Technology Research (ISCSITR), and a Fellow of the Global Association for Research and Innovation (FeGARI). The FeGARI fellowship specifically recognizes his contributions to Advanced Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics.
These memberships reflect his 15-year career managing credit risk analytics, product strategy, and data-driven decision making at American Express, Discover Financial Services, and Capital One Financial, where he has overseen multi-billion dollar portfolios. His technical expertise spans SAS, SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Python, Teradata, R, and Tableau, supported by his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and dual degrees in Economics and Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani.
