Dharmateja Priyadarshi Uddandarao is a distinguished analytics and data science professional recognized for his expertise at the intersection of data science, statistics, and economics. With a Master’s in Analytics from Northeastern University, where he specialized in statistical modeling and bachelor’s in computer science from National Institute of Technology, Trichy, he has built a career focused on transforming data into measurable scientific value across the technology and financial sectors. He is currently working as Senior Data Scientist at Amazon.

Throughout his career, Dharmateja has worked with leading organizations such as Amazon and Capital One, where he has played a pivotal role in quantifying the business and economic impact of large-scale technology initiatives, including emerging Generative AI products and data-driven business transformations. His work bridges the disciplines of machine learning, causal inference, and business economics, allowing corporations to make high-confidence decisions rooted in statistical rigor and economic logic.

With a strong foundation and published research in statistics, predictive science, and an ability to translate complex quantitative insights into executive-level strategy, Dharmateja continues to shape the evolving landscape of data-driven economic statistics and science within the global technology ecosystem. He also holds Fellow membership in the Soft Computing Research Society (SCRS) and the Royal Statistical Society (RSS) and a Senior Member of IEEE. Dharmateja received professional awards from some of the top professional associations, notably a CStat Award from the Royal Statistical Society and AdvDSP from the Alliance for Data Science Professionals.
