Guru Prasad Selvarajan is a globally recognised Data Architect and analytics innovator with more than 15 years of experience in leading enterprise data transformation programs across financial services, insurance, telecommunications and manufacturing industries. His expertise spans Snowflake architecture, cloud data modernisation, AI-enabled analytics platforms, ETL/ELT optimisation, and large-scale enterprise data warehouse migrations.

At HCLTech, he has architected high-performance cloud analytics ecosystems supporting mission-critical decision intelligence platforms, achieving significant improvements in query performance, operational scalability and infrastructure cost optimisation. His work focuses on integrating machine learning with business intelligence environments to enable predictive and intelligent enterprise analytics.

Guru is the author of multiple peer-reviewed research publications and the book AI-Augmented Business Intelligence: A New Era of Consulting, and he holds international intellectual property contributions in AI-driven analytics system design. As a Senior Member of IEEE, conference committee participant, mentor and international awards judge, he actively contributes to the professional analytics community by evaluating emerging innovations in data science and artificial intelligence.

As a Fellow of the Institute of Analytics (IoA), Guru supports global collaboration in analytics leadership, promotes ethical AI adoption and mentors emerging professionals developing next-generation data platforms.
