Jagjot Bhardwaj is a Senior Data Analyst at Optum Tech, UnitedHealth Group, where he specializes in advanced analytics and business intelligence solutions that improve healthcare operations, strengthen provider networks, and enhance patient access to care. With nearly a decade of experience in data analysis and over five years in the healthcare sector, he has developed innovative dashboards, predictive models, and decision intelligence systems that address nationally significant challenges such as provider shortages, directory inaccuracies, and cost inefficiencies.

Beyond his industry role, Jagjot is an active thought leader and researcher. He has authored peer-reviewed articles and book chapters on topics including real-time business intelligence, generative AI in analytics, and data unification strategies in healthcare. His research has been presented at leading conferences and published in respected journals, contributing to the academic and professional discourse on healthcare analytics and artificial intelligence. Jagjot is also a recognized community contributor. He serves as a distinguished judge and peer reviewer for global awards, journals, and conferences, including the Business Intelligence Group Awards, IEEE conferences, and UC Berkeley’s Big Ideas program. His expertise is further reflected in his role as a Salesforce CRM Analytics Ambassador and Subject Matter Expert, where he has contributed to shaping industry certification standards.
