Maheshkumar Mole has 23+ years of experience in distributed systems, messaging frameworks, data analytics, and cloud technologies. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Software Engineering at Motorola Solutions, he previously worked as VP Software Engineering at Goldman Sachs. He served as a judge for the 2025 Globee® Awards, as a reviewer and judge for the 2025 IEEE Computer Society Fall Awards, and published articles on data analytics.

Maheshkumar Mole holds IEEE Senior Membership, NSPE membership, and IETE Fellowship, distinguishing him in the engineering community. These memberships validate his technical expertise and commitment to professional ethics in the fields of telecommunications and electronics engineering.

His credentials align with his work at Motorola Solutions as Sr. Manager Software Engineering, architecting mission-critical public safety communication systems reaching 200,000+ users across 3,000+ agencies. He designed FedRAMP and CCCS compliant systems with robust security controls. His expertise spans Motorola Solutions Messaging Services and Command Central Analytics platforms, serving 1,000+ customers. He participated as a Judge in the 2025 Globee Awards for Artificial Intelligence and Customer Excellence and served on the Motorola Solutions Employee Grant Review Committees in 2023, 2024, and 2025. These accomplishments strengthen his credibility in developing scalable, secure telecommunications solutions for public safety agencies globally.

Maheshkumar has authored research articles published in the International Journal of Computing and Engineering and Sarcouncil Journal addressing AI applications in agricultural water management, public safety, predictive analytics, and emergency response optimization. His work examines machine learning algorithms, human-AI collaboration models, resource allocation systems, and traffic management technologies. These publications explore implementation challenges, including algorithmic bias, data quality, and ethical considerations across diverse operational contexts.

As a Fellow of the Institute of Analytics, he brings 23+ years of experience in architecting scalable systems for public safety and financial services. His expertise in advanced analytics, cloud platforms, Azure services, and machine learning enables the development of robust, secure solutions for complex business challenges.
