Nachiketh Gudipudi is a Principal Software Data Engineer with over a decade of experience designing and operating compliance-critical data infrastructure in highly regulated healthcare environments. His work focuses on building resilient, auditable systems that transform complex healthcare data into trusted platforms supporting regulatory compliance, financial integrity, and large-scale decision-making across Medicare, Medicaid, and ACA programs. At Inovalon, Nachiketh has led the architecture and delivery of enterprise data platforms operating at a national scale. He designed high-throughput ingestion systems processing hundreds of millions of records across disparate sources, reducing error rates by more than 90% and enabling reliable daily regulatory reporting for over 30 health plan clients. He also built end-to-end automation for 837/5010 claims generation, validation, and submission—replacing manual QA workflows with configurable, standards-compliant pipelines supporting over $100 million in annual claims submissions.
Beyond transactional systems, his work in HCC surveillance and risk adjustment reporting improved risk capture rates by over 25% while strengthening audit readiness and transparency in documentation. His platforms are designed not only for technical correctness but for traceability, governance, and usability across technical, clinical, and compliance teams.

More recently, Nachiketh has led the migration of legacy claims infrastructure to a Snowflake-based SaaS and DaaS architecture, establishing a secure, multi-tenant, cloud-native platform for generating and analyzing validated claims data. This initiative reduced operational overhead, accelerated submission cycles, and enabled governed data access for internal and external stakeholders.

His professional focus centers on long-term reliability, institutional responsibility, and the careful design of complex systems operating in high-stakes environments.
