Pranitha Potturi is a senior analytics and business intelligence architect with over fourteen years of experience designing, modernizing, and leading enterprise-scale analytics platforms across retail, telecommunications, healthcare, and workforce management domains. She currently serves as a Senior Application Developer and BI Architect, where her expertise centers on real-time analytics, cloud-based data ecosystems, and AI-enabled business intelligence solutions that support large, data-intensive organizations.

In her current role, Ms. Potturi architects and maintains enterprise-critical analytics platforms that deliver near real-time visibility into retail performance, labor optimization, payroll governance, merchandise planning, finance, supply chain, and legal operations. She designs high-performance semantic layers, dimensional models, and OLAP cubes that integrate high-volume transactional, operational, and forecasting data from multiple enterprise systems. These analytics platforms support thousands of concurrent users, including executive leadership, regional and district managers, and store operations teams across more than 1,900 retail locations in North America. Her work enables standardized KPIs, rapid decision-making, and operational agility during both peak and non-peak business cycles.

Previously, Ms. Potturi held senior analytics architecture and development roles at Petco, Charter Communications, Altice USA, and T-Mobile. Across these organizations, she led enterprise BI modernization initiatives, cloud migrations, and mobile analytics deployments, delivering governed, scalable reporting solutions for customer operations, workforce analytics, clinical performance, and network operations. Her work consistently unified complex, siloed data sources into trusted analytics environments that improved visibility, performance, and organizational data literacy.

Ms. Potturi holds a master’s degree and multiple advanced industry certifications in MicroStrategy, cloud data engineering, and data visualization. She continues to focus on advancing enterprise analytics through real-time reporting, secure cloud architectures, and AI-driven insights that strengthen operational efficiency and strategic decision-making at scale.
