Rajesh Golani is a senior engineering leader and AI innovator with over a decade of experience at the intersection of large-scale product engineering, data science, and user-centric innovation. He has led transformative initiatives at globally recognized companies such as Meta, Microsoft,and Amazon, where his work consistently merges advanced AI/ML research with impactful real-world applications.

Currently, Rajesh serves as a Senior Tech Lead at Meta, where he heads a team of over 20 engineers focused on building generative AI-powered experiences for Facebook’s News Feed. His contributions include flagship features like Feed Deep Dive and ML-powered comment suggestions, which have reached over 100 million monthly active users. These features exemplify his ability to translate complex AI systems into intuitive user experiences at scale.

His technical expertise spans AI/ML-driven product development, large-scale A/B testing, experimentation infrastructure, and analytics frameworks for engagement optimization. His career also includes foundational work in mobile and systems engineering, and his academic research in network analytics has been published in top-tier conferences such as ACM SIGCOMM and IMC.

Rajesh is deeply passionate about fostering a culture of data-informed decision-making, mentoring future leaders, and advancing ethical, objective analytics. He believes that analytics must go beyond dashboards—it should be embedded into the product development lifecycle to inform, influence, and inspire better decisions.
