Ravi Teja Medempudi is a senior Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics leader with more than twelve years of experience designing, scaling, and governing enterprise analytics platforms across the financial services and healthcare sectors. He currently serves as Director of Advanced Data Analytics and Research at Fidelity Investments, where he specializes in semantic data architecture, cloud-native analytics modernization, and enterprise-wide metric standardization to support data-driven decision-making at scale.

In his role at Fidelity, Mr. Medempudi has led the transformation of complex, fragmented analytics environments into unified, governed platforms that enable self-service analytics for a broad range of users. He directed the migration of hundreds of legacy dashboards into a centralized semantic-layer architecture, delivering substantial performance improvements, consistent KPI definitions, and significant reductions in cloud computing costs. His work established a single source of truth through the development of thousands of certified metrics and dimensions, supporting reliable analytics for business leaders, analysts, and data scientists across the organization.

Mr. Medempudi has also contributed to the development of large-scale enterprise data platforms that provide real-time, 360-degree customer insights and support high-volume data access through standardized APIs. His analytics leadership has enabled advanced reporting, personalization, and operational intelligence across numerous customer-facing and internal systems. Earlier in his career, he designed and implemented analytics solutions for healthcare operations and enterprise risk management, applying high-performance BI architectures to regulatory compliance, executive reporting, and strategic analysis.

Mr. Medempudi holds multiple professional certifications in business intelligence and data modeling and has an interdisciplinary academic background spanning pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, and information systems. His ongoing work focuses on advancing scalable analytics architectures, governed data ecosystems, and high-impact analytical innovation within complex enterprise environments.
