Ritish Chugh is a Senior Analytics Engineer with over a decade of experience architecting enterprise-scale analytics systems for global leaders in hospitality, e-commerce, and media. Currently at Airbnb, his expertise lies at the intersection of data governance and semantic integrity, where he focuses on building high-trust data infrastructure that scales across complex, multi-billion dollar ecosystems. Senior Member of the IEEE, Ritish is dedicated to advancing professional standards through governance-first architectures. His work centers on developing robust data foundations that mitigate operational risk and empower more reliable executive decision-making. Beyond his engineering leadership, he is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts (RSA) and a frequent contributor to major industry publications, including the New Stack, and Communications of the ACM. He is a passionate advocate for the human element of technical strategy, often sharing his insights on the future of data-driven leadership through public speaking and technical writing.
