Sukriti Mittal is an accomplished Senior Software Development Engineer with over a decade of diverse industry experience in designing, building, and deploying scalable technology solutions across domains like hospitality, healthcare, automotive, and finance. Currently at Amazon Alexa, Sukriti plays a key role in engineering context-aware Generative AI platforms that cater to enterprise clients. Her work is deeply embedded in large-scale distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and AI-based user experiences, making her a leader in next-gen enterprise tech integration.

Her expertise lies in architecting robust backend systems, with hands-on development experience in Java, Scala, Spark, AWS cloud services, and various data pipeline technologies. She has led critical initiatives like the Device Health project at Alexa, which processes millions of records daily with sub-20ms latency. Sukriti also engineered the infrastructure for real-time data processing and notification services, as well as scalable portals like the Device Connection Quality Portal to support internal analytics for Alexa devices.

Before joining Amazon, Sukriti gained vital experience as a Software Development Intern at Sandata Technologies, where she developed microservices for healthcare data migration and monitoring using Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Prior to that, she served as a Senior Software Developer at Infosys, leading fintech solutions like the Finacle Branch Facilitator and Finacle Mobile Teller. Her contributions included chatbot development, biometric authentication integration, and creation of middleware frameworks that transformed legacy banking systems into mobile-first solutions.

Sukriti holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Stony Brook University, where she studied advanced topics including Machine Learning, Data Science, and Computer Vision. Her academic foundation is further strengthened by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology. She has complemented her technical foundation with several hands-on academic and personal projects in anomaly detection, predictive analytics, and web development.
