NB - Our Members will begin to specialise, but the following skills will be common to all grades of membership beyond Associate grade:
- Can easily fulfil all the technical requirements at Associate level
- Can choose an imputation method intentionally
- Can make connections across data sets
- Can carry out some machine learning processes in a coded environment (R or Python)
- Can work with feature engineering to improve outputs
- Can demonstrate understanding of deep learning frameworks and architectures
- Can demonstrate advanced understanding of mathematics, statistics, probability, pattern detection and algorithm construction relevant to the analytical process
- Can use SQL flexibly
- Can work within emerging and sometimes complex data and AI regulatory frameworks
In addition to these skills, you will need to demonstrate growing specialist knowledge in one of the following professions: Data Scientist, Business Analyst, Data Engineer or Data Steward.
